  • Acupuncture/Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) – for chronic and neuropathic pain.
  • Soft Tissue release (friction, kneading)
  • Joint mobilization and spinal manipulation

  • Exercise prescription for flexibility, strength training, proprioception and balance training
  • Injury prevention, harm minimization, and appropriate self-treatment exercise
